The present management of the temple is Peringavu Devaswom, a body of 21 persons elected from the members of the temple who are the Hindu residents of Peringavu Thattakam. The Chief Patron of the Temple is Ashtavaidyan Thaikkattu Dr, PTN Vasudevan Mooss, who is also the MD of SNA Oushadhasala & Nursing Home, Thrissur.
